Sand-blasting is that process of cleaning by means of which a particular material is removed from a surface without creating damages to the surface itself. The process of san-blasting and varnishing restores almost every surface its original state. The range of sand-blasting applications is varied and des includes building industry, naval, industrial, private sectors and it is specific for thorough restoration works. We can restore almost every surface through the JOS system. In fact we clean all the delicate or deteriorated surfaces assuring the respect of the ageing patina. This system is perfect for cleaning natural stones, marble, concrete bricks, plastered surfaces, and guarantees excellent results also on metals (for example brass, aluminium and bronze). We carry out this cleaning process by the usage a mixture of bicarbonate, water and low pressure air (0,1 and 0,2 BAR). As far as varnishing is concerned we use the AIRLESS or MIXED WITH AIR system This system is perfect far light and heavy carpentry products, cranes, gantry cranes, tower masts, iron industrial sheds, silos, systems, equipments and fittings of different shapes and sizes. Besides this we carry out fireproof varnishing and intumescent REI both on iron and wooden surfaces. This varnishing is certified and tested by the National Fire Department. Our fleet beyond the ordinary equipments (sand-blasting machines, compressors, varnishing pumps) we have at our disposal 4 aerial platforms reaching the 30 meters of height{about 100 feet) and we can rent them.
